PRE-ORDER/SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU PURCHASE A PRE-ORDER ITEM, YOUR ORDER CAN NOT BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED OUT. ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT, OUR ORIGINAL REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY WILL APPLY.
PRE-ORDERS MAY SHIP OUT LATER THAN THE INITIALLY STATED SHIPPING DATE DUE TO A DELAY IN MANUFACTURING, THIS IS UNFORTUNATELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL. PRE-ORDER UPDATES WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA INSTAGRAM STORIES AND EMAIL (PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US ON INSTAGRAM AS IT IS NOT MONITORED)
*If you order another item from the website along with any pre-order item, it will ship together with the pre-order item when it arrives, so please be aware of this when making a purchase. 

SALE ITEMS 
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, but CAN be exchanged for a different size when the size is available, if the fit of your purchase isn't quite right.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES  
To create a return, email us at byshannenjai@outlook.com and let us know why you want to return your item. Our return policy is valid for 7 days upon receiving the product. If 7 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags still attached. We do NOT accept returns on bodysuits. Also, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you return an item that is: not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error OR if you return any item more than 7 days after delivery date, you will not be granted a refund/exchange and your item will be returned back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 working days, please contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at byshannenjai@outlook.com

How long are they valid?
3 years from the date of purchase. 

Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. 

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout. 

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

How do I check my balance?

If I forget the code can you re-issue it to me?
No. Gift cards are considered 'currency' so only the customer can see the full gift card code. We suggest screen shooting the email or flagging it so you can always find it. Also, if you don't receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
